Remote Support

Remote Support is also available for postpartum folks and their families.  This is a great option for those who are looking for deliveries of nourishing and organic meals, snacks, drinks, and more delivered right to their homes.  Perhaps you are wanting a bit more privacy or already have a support system in place for home visits and care and are looking for a little help feeling well fed and fueled.  I love working with people to accommodate their particular dietary needs and preferences as well as curating menus to feed and comfort during the postpartum time.

Remote Support also makes a great gift for a loved one.  Please reach out if you are interested in setting up a Remote Support meal delivery for yourself or someone else or if you would like to purchase a gift certificate to be redeemed for Remote Support care.

Each Remote Support delivery includes one selection from each of the three Postpartum Menu categories: Mains (Soups, Stews, etc.) Snacks, and Drinks.

A sample Remote Support delivery could include the following: 

4 quarts of Turmeric Ginger Chicken Soup

One Dozen Chocolate & Goji Spiced Snacking Cookies

2 quarts of Warming Herbal Chai with Organic Whole Milk & Local Honey

Remote Support Rate:

$150/delivery

Free delivery on Mount Desert Island or within a 30 minute drive of the head of the island is included in Remote Support Delivery rate.  Long distance delivery is available for an addition travel fee.
