Home Visits
During home visits, I provide care that is focused on the birthing person. This can include, but is not limited to: birth processing and emotional support; periodic baby care so that parent can shower, nap, stretch, etc.; housework such as dishes, vacuuming, laundry, etc.; suggestions on herbal support; discussing sleep and workshopping sleep solutions; infant feeding support and resources; preparing herbal baths; and sharing of resources and referrals. A large focus of my work is on food and nourishment for birthing people, so you will be provided with my seasonal menu, and I am able to prepare snacks, drinks, and meals in home. I can also help workshop meal and snack times and assist in meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal and snack prepping for the week.
Home visit hours can also be used for postpartum planning sessions. These occur prior to the postpartum period and can include but are not limited to: support in creating a postpartum plan, brainstorming and building your care team, sharing of resources, and stocking your freezer and pantry.
A typical home visit can last 2-4 hours depending on needs. All packages and hourly rate bookings also include an organic herbal bath/sitz bath/perineal wash blend and either an organic postpartum tea blend or an organic herbal chai blend. Hourly rate and packages do not include cost of groceries, which will be billed separately.

Sliding scale of $50-$30/hour*
Home Visit Packages:
$250 for 6 hours of postpartum care
$500 for 12 hours of postpartum care
$1,000 for 24 hours of postpartum care
